FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AS PART OF THE SOLDIERFIT GYM FRANCHISE SYSTEM?
You will receive up to seven days of training at our corporate support center. You will also receive up to three days of on-site pre-opening supervision and assistance around the time of your grand opening. As a gym franchise owner, you will have access to all SOLDIERFIT’s exclusive trademarks and procedures. We’ll present you with a copy of our 400+ page confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis.
WHAT TYPE OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO HAVE?
Prior experience in the fitness industry may be helpful, but is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have an interest in fitness and the desire to help people in their communities to get fit. We also prefer fitness franchise owners who will be directly involved in the full-time operations and growth of their SOLDIERFIT franchises. In turn, we’ll provide the support franchisees need to run their businesses. We do, of course, also expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the business.
HOW MUCH WILL THE SOLDIERFIT FRANCHISE COST ME?
The total investment for a single-unit start-up Soldierfit franchise is estimated to cost between $144,950 to $305,495 (and likely less if you are converting an existing fitness facility) which includes everything you will need to start up a SOLDIERFIT franchise as well as 3 months of working capital. This investment amount also includes an initial franchise fee of $30,000 (We offer discounts to Veterans and conversions). As with any new business venture, it’s important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.
DOES SOLDIERFIT OFFER A VETERAN DISCOUNT?
Yes! We’re actively recruiting military veterans to help us expand SOLDIERFIT. We offer a 30% discount off the initial franchise fee to qualified military veterans.
WHAT FRANCHISE LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
IS FINANCING AVAILABLE?
We do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We may be able to provide references to qualified financing or lending resources, on a case-by-case basis.
ARE THERE ONGOING FEES PAID TO THE FRANCHISOR?
Franchisees will be required to pay a royalty equal to 7% of revenues and contribute 1% of revenues to a marketing fund. Other technology fees may also be charged. The royalties and fees collected allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of products and procedures, technology tools, training programs, brand development and system upgrades.
DO I NEED TO BE A VETERAN?
No, as a matter of fact our first two franchises awarded were to civilians. What matters to us is do you share our vision.
